Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,RTO -For large volume exhaust gas treatment. The regenerative ceramic bed design ensures over 97% thermal recovery efficiency(TRE).
Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer,RCO -Combined catalyst and heat storage layer, allows for low operating temperature and regenerative heat storage, thus the exhaust gas can be oxidized at lower temperature for an economic solution.
Thermal Recuperative Oxidizer,TO -Designed for exhaust gas that contain dust particulates and is used in conjunction with a multi-pass heat exchanger. The system evaluates temperature, residence time, and heat recovery to achieve optimum operating temperature for removal.
Catalytic Recuperative Oxidizer,CO -Used to carry out the oxidation reactions at a relatively low operating temperatures. Generally used for the treatment of exhaust gas with a low concentration of VOCs.
Thermal Oxidizer System,TOS -High performance of thermal oxidizer, that avoids the danger of open flame, can be used to treat a variety of flammable or non-flammable exhaust gas making it suitable for the oil and gas, and petrochemical industries with high concentrations of high VOCs and Low-volume process exhaust streams.
Rotary Concentrator System,RCS -Use of a hydrophobic zeolite desorption media allows RCS to condense the active components in the high-volume and low-concentration exhaust into low-volume and high-concentration exhaust gas. Combining with oxidation technology reduces the equipment size and costs. The device is generally used in the exhaust gas treatment of large-scale spraying, semiconductor manufacturing, panel and LED manufacturing industries.
